Which prospecting tools do you integrate with?
Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (via API or PhantomBuster), Google Maps, and Crunchbase. If you use a different source, tell me in the brief — most APIs are straightforward to wire.
Which enrichment providers?
Hunter, Prospeo, Clearbit, and DropContact. The pipeline uses waterfall enrichment — tries provider A first, falls back to B if the email isn't found. You choose which providers based on what you already pay for.
Which sending tools?
Smartlead, Instantly, or Lemlist. The pipeline pushes leads with personalized fields directly into your sending tool via API. If you use a different sender with an API, I can likely wire it — ask at intake.
How many leads can this handle per day?
Technically unlimited on the n8n side. The practical limit is your sending tool's daily send cap and your domain's warmup stage. A typical healthy setup sends 50–100 new cold emails per day per sending domain.
Will this get my domain blacklisted?
The pipeline respects your sending tool's rate limits and warmup schedules. It doesn't bypass any deliverability safeguards. But if you send bad copy to unverified emails on a cold domain — yes, you'll get blacklisted. The runbook covers deliverability hygiene best practices.
Can I use this for LinkedIn outreach too?
The v1 pipeline is email-focused. LinkedIn connection-request automation (via PhantomBuster or Waalaxy) is a v2 add-on. Tell me at intake if it's a priority and I'll scope it.
What if I don't have a CRM yet?
Google Sheets works as a lightweight CRM for the first 500 leads. The pipeline writes the same structured data there. When you outgrow Sheets, migrating to HubSpot or Pipedrive is a half-day of work.
