Automate your HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive — lead routing, deal updates, Slack alerts, pipeline reports.

Automations built to last.

Your CRM is a glorified spreadsheet. Leads come in and sit unassigned. Deals move stages and nobody notices. Reps forget follow-ups. Pipeline reports get built manually in Google Sheets every Monday morning.

I wire your CRM to actually operate — leads get scored and routed automatically, deal-stage changes trigger the right actions, reps get tasks created for them, and your weekly pipeline report builds itself and arrives in Slack before the Monday standup.

No discovery call. You share CRM access. I send a written scope confirmation. You fund the milestone. I ship.

Fit

Who this is for

You're a revenue ops lead or a head of sales at a 10–100 employee company. Your team uses HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive — but the CRM is passive. Data goes in. Nothing comes out automatically.

Leads arrive from your website, from ads, from partnerships — and sit in a queue until someone remembers to look. By the time a rep responds, the lead is cold.

Deal stages update when reps remember to drag the card. The VP of Sales finds out a deal slipped to lost when they manually open the pipeline view on Friday afternoon.

You know all of this should be automated. You've looked at native CRM automation features and found them either too limited or too expensive at scale. You want n8n wired underneath your CRM doing the work.

Deliverable

What you receive

A set of n8n automations wired to your CRM, delivered as a production-ready ZIP with everything below.

Lead routing automation

New lead arrives → scored on criteria you define (company size, title, source, geography) → assigned to the right rep based on territory, round-robin, or capacity rules. No lead sits unassigned for more than 5 minutes.

Deal stage automation

Deal moves to a new stage → trigger the right downstream action. Examples: deal enters 'Proposal Sent' → create a follow-up task in 3 days. Deal enters 'Closed Won' → notify the CS team in Slack + create onboarding ticket. Deal enters 'Closed Lost' → trigger a loss-reason survey email.

Contact enrichment on ingest

New contact created → enrich via Clearbit, Hunter, or your preferred provider. Company data, LinkedIn URL, title verification. Deduplication against existing contacts.

Slack notifications on deal changes

Configurable Slack alerts: new deal created, deal above $X moves stage, deal marked at-risk, deal closed won/lost. Your sales channel gets the signal without anyone remembering to post.

Automated task creation for reps

Stage-based task creation — when a deal moves, the rep gets a task with the right action, due date, and context. No more 'I forgot to follow up.'

Weekly pipeline report

Auto-generated every Monday at 7 AM your time. Delivered to email and/or Slack. Covers: pipeline value by stage, week-over-week change, deals at risk (stale in stage > X days), rep activity summary. No manual spreadsheet required.

Monitoring + DLQ + runbook

Failed webhook deliveries and API errors land in a DLQ. Monitoring hooks on automation health. Runbook covers: how to change routing rules, modify deal-stage triggers, adjust report timing, add new automations.

Scope exclusions

What's NOT included

  • CRM platform subscription. You bring your own HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive account.
  • Custom CRM development. Custom objects, custom API endpoints, or Salesforce Apex/LWC development is out of scope.
  • Data migration from another CRM. If you're switching CRMs, migrate first, then buy this SKU.
  • Sales coaching or process design. I automate the process you define — I don't design your sales methodology.
  • Lead generation or prospecting. For outbound pipeline automation, see SKU E — B2B Lead Gen Automation.
  • Ongoing operations. For monthly oversight see SKU I — Retainer.

Questions

FAQ

Which CRMs do you support?
HubSpot (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise), Salesforce (Essentials through Enterprise), and Pipedrive (all tiers). If you use a different CRM with a REST API, ask me at intake — most are straightforward to wire.
Can I mix and match which 3 automations I want in Tier 1?
Yes. The three listed (routing, deal automation, Slack alerts) are the most common combination, but you can swap any of them for enrichment, task creation, or reporting. Tell me your priority at intake.
Will this work with HubSpot free tier?
Yes, with limitations. HubSpot free has API rate limits and fewer webhook triggers. The automations work — they just poll more frequently instead of receiving instant webhooks. I'll document the limitations in the scope confirmation.
What if my sales process changes after delivery?
The runbook covers how to modify routing rules, stage triggers, and report parameters. For bigger changes (adding new automations, rewiring the pipeline), book additional hours through SKU I — Retainer or a standalone change-order.
Can you also wire marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)?
Marketing automation on top of CRM is a scope expansion. If it's light (new deal → add to Mailchimp segment), I can include it in Tier 2. If it's heavier (full lifecycle email flows), that's a separate engagement.
How do you handle CRM rate limits?
n8n workflows respect API rate limits natively. I configure retry-with-backoff on every CRM API call and batch operations where the API supports it. The runbook documents each limit so your team knows when they're approaching thresholds.
